Hey, I'm trying to ease myself back into the gym to get my stamina back up. I struggle with cardio as I get a burning sensation in my throat when breathing if it's too intense. Does anyone have any good cardio workouts

3st 2lbs lighter
Started fitness in January and so far I've lost 3st 2lbs in so happy with my progress, still got 2at 2lbs until my first target!!

Hey so I started cable kick backs today, and I'm wondering which glute side am I meant to be feeling it in? the one that kicks back or the one stationary I tend to feel it more in the stationary one is this right?
