Best cardio workouts

Hey, I'm trying to ease myself back into the gym to get my stamina back up. I struggle with cardio as I get a burning sensation in my throat when breathing if it's too intense.

Does anyone have any good cardio workouts

    Whatever feels best to you. I rotate between jogging, max inclined fast walk, and elliptical. Next time bring a water bottle with you, you just might have a dry throat. Have a sip when you start feeling your throat acting up, see if that helps. If not, see an ear/nose/throat doc

    I find cycling the easiest cardio to accurately and precisely regulate intensity - so if it's a certain level of intensity that starts your throat problems you should be able to modulate the cadence and resistance accurately enough to stay below that level.

    I get that burning when I push myself too hard. Ease up a little. The "best" cardio will be something you enjoy and will stick to. I love my videos. I do I at home every morning. It's great to get it done first thing and not have to worry about how to fit it in later.

    Intercourse is the best, all other forms are not.
