I just made the spiciest peanut tofu stew the other day. Peanut Tofu Stew, but I added in two jalapenos with the seeds and membranes, swapped the pb for peanut flour, used lite tofu, and lite coconut milk. I love spice, but I was on fire eating that one.

i just stir fry a bunch of veggies and tofu and i add rice vineaget, soy sauce and chili paste and its so yumy, spicy and low cal!

Recommend looking at the BBC Good Food website. It has some really great curry recipes on there.
