Guilty about eating

How many calories do you burn on the treadmill?
I usually always start off with walking/jogging on the treadmill before starting my workout and just wanted to get an idea of how many calories other people burn on the treadmill and for how long you're on?

What number to believe on scale!?!
I usually like to weigh myself quite a lot but don't know what to believe?! In the mornings I weigh less and at night time I weigh more ? How does that work? What's my real weight?

How long did it take for you to see results?
I have been using MFP for about a month and a half, Im 5"8 and weigh 145 pounds, I work out 6 times a week and have been eating fairly healthy.
