Guilty about eating

This is abit of a weird confession and was wondering if anyone has any advice or maybe has gone through the same thing. I log my food everyday, I eat fairly clean and stay under my calorie goal with excersising 6 days a week. Whenever I eat and I feel full.. I automatically feel guilty.. It's as if I ruined a day of all my hard work. This is such a stupid thing to be feeling but I feel like when I eat till I'm full , it's not right ?

Try to convince yourself that you're not on a diet. Maybe you have the 'diet' mentality from previous experiences in your life. The whole point here is to try and be full while on the deficit calories .That is why we eat low calorie foods so that we can eat a lot of them and feel full. I try to make sure I'm full after every meal I eat. If I don't feel full I might avoid making it another time because I really like to be full.0

Ideally this is how we should eat for the rest of our lives. Only we would be able to increase our calories by a little after we reach our goal. Do you not expect to feel full ever again in your life?0 -
If you count calories, and do it correctly, and your goal is set correctly - then the feeling of satiety you get, is the degree of satiety that you are supposed to have in order to achieve your weight loss goal. If you are hungry for long periods of time, you are doing something wrong - eating too little, or unbalanced.
ETA: Eating "clean" has nothing to do with anything. It doesn't have any real meaning. You can eat whatever you want and lose weight. It's smart to eat a wide variety of foods from every food group every day, but nothing has to be eaten,and nothing is off limit.0
