AZTrailrunner.... back again!
I was here back in 2010 -2012, and made some terrific progress, but I left... and... well... haven't maintained very well. I got busy and my priorities shifted. The exercise and diet stopped and the progress disappeared. I know what needs to be done. Maybe some of my old friends can get back in my corner again! :-)
