Garmin Fenix 3 users

Love it? Hate it? Issues with the software?

I recently bought a Garmin 220, but miss having the ability to see an actual map, so I'm leaning towards getting the Fenix 3.
Any reviews?

    ?? I thought Fenix 3 didn't have maps - just the Epix?

    Maybe not full topo/street maps, but from the reviews I've seen on YouTube, you can upload a route and also backtrack via a map.

    I'm not sure if there is anything more for the Fenix, but on the x30 watches there's an app you can install that allows you to upload a route and follow it. It does not display the map. My 630 also has the backtrack built in (again, not with a map).

    It does not appear to be compatible with your 220. :(
