What do I do if this app says something is 230 calories but the packaging says 130? Change it to packaging? Sorry if silly question :)

Sugar intake
Bit of advice please. So my fitness pal has said I should have 70g of sugar a day. It just told me I've gone over by 8 grams already. Finally realised change needed :)
So I'm a 39 year old male Brit and finally realise I need to stop eating like a student. Man cannot live on pizza alone! Hopefully not left it too late.
