Finally realised change needed :)

So I'm a 39 year old male Brit and finally realise I need to stop eating like a student. Man cannot live on pizza alone!
Hopefully not left it too late. Been on the app 8days now, averaging 1800 calories with good ratios of carbs etc but it ain't easy!

If anyone needs help motivating and is good at motivating with tips on how to eat more than rice cakes then pop in say hi :D
