I find I get dizzy if I exercise before breakfast (usually cycling about to start running) any tips to stop this?

Cheers. I already can't count lunch as ate out and no idea the calories in a tofu veg stir fry (how high can it be??) so don't wanna be 1000s calories out lol

Oops. Yeah. Same size but half the calories on the packaging. Maybe one is fried one is grilled?

I was told that too few calories can trick your brain into thinking you are starving your body so it will start storing fat so as a long term plan if go a little over 1200

Cheers all. Already had dinner and only had 1400 calories so a little cycle then some protein! I tend to under eat in case I get hungry later on. Still early days so I'm learning. You set me at ease tho so thanks!!! (Love this forum, great to get such quick responses :))

Hey I'm trying the same thing. I'm not even buying a set of scales for the first month! Just trying to eat a bit healthier and do something every day (cycle, walk, whatever helps) Then I'll buy the scales when I'm calmer and happier with how things are going. Baby steps :)

Hey I'm struggling at times too. Battle is eating enough to exercise but not too much. And need more variety! Would happily share tips and swap motivational screams lol

After a good long cycle I love the old fashioned banana and peanut butter. Filling and good nutrients and not too bad :)
