welcome to MFP. I found I am successful with an endeavour when I believe on its purpose.
I joined MFP even though I was skeptical at the beginning. I found MFP tool extremely useful to log my food and check my macros.
I have to do the hard work of eating at a deficit, if I want to lose body weight.
Nobody can do it for me. This is my body, my health and my life. If I care about myself, my family and loved ones I have to do this.

Hey I'm struggling at times too. Battle is eating enough to exercise but not too much. And need more variety! Would happily share tips and swap motivational screams lol0
