Feel free to laugh at me (first world problem)
My husband is currently in Africa working on malaria elimination projects in 3 different countries, one was cut short because of an outbreak, so he'll be home two days early. I actually found myself thinking 'I'll be glad when he's home - I always forget to soak the chia seed.' I am a truly shallow, horrible human being.

Macro calculator
Do you have a favourite macro calculator? I've used two different ones and they vary, a lot. One take height into consideration and one doesn't. On the other, no matter what I do, I'm over on protein, and I don't eat anywhere near as much protein as is in the meal plan. It's also hard getting the fats up without protein.
