  • Lots of others have commented, and they know a lot more about this than me. But I agree with Sunny Bunny about swapping some of the carbs for protein or even fats. If I increase my carbs, I get hungrier. At your levels, I'd be hungry all the time.

  • Celery - yes! Cucumber is nice too. I've even been known to steal two thin slices of my kid's apple, blob some almond butter in between and squidge it into a little 'sandwich'. If it's thin enough, it's about 2 carbs (I'm so boring I weigh everything).
