water retention hopefully???
on Saturday I weighed 111.4 and I just weighed myself and the scale read 123.2 please reassure me it's only water weight!! I enjoyed myself with food and alcohol but I 11 pounds of weight gain in 3 days??????

Really just curious.. what kind of women's body do you prefer? skinny, straight, larger, curves, short, tall, athletic? are you grossed out by cellulite what part of a women's body do you find most attractive?

fruit when trying to tone
Hi I reached my goal of 110 pounds a while back and have maintained it for about a year without exercising. I recently began running and now lifting in an effort to lose more fat and tone up. I was wondering if eating fruit is bad for gaining muscles or toning. I've heard mixed opinions on this.

Hard time with maintaining
Hi I am a 21 year old female, about a year ago I lost 28 pounds. I dropped from 135 to 107 and I am 5'1. For the last 6 months I've had such an easy time with maintenance.
