That dreaded plateau! Help!
I didn't think the plateau would happen to me but it did. I have lost about 138 pounds and it just keeping bouncing the same weight. I have tried changing things up and it helps a tad but looking for new ideas. What did you guys do when you hit your plateaus? Any ideas or suggestions are welcome! Thank you!

Need toning workouts
I have lost over 100lbs and of course I have a lot of loose skin. I want to start toning and I don't know where to start. I want to do in home workouts so any DVDs or programs that you are aware of that can get me tone in home! Any ideas are appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help!

Looking for new workouts
I do a lot of walking and some cardio. I am looking for a more intense workout that isn't too complicated. I get bored with the same stuff and also am to the point where I need to get instense workouts for higher calorie burn. I don't know what all is out there. Suggestions would be great!

The struggle is real! (With vegetables)
I have been dieting and exercising and I've become successful. My only issue is working more vegetable into my diet. I'm pretty picky and have a hard time eating them. I'm looking for some creative ways cook veggies. What has worked for you? Thanks!
