When you're not satisfied with your goal weight
I'm 25, 5'8" , 130 pounds. (SW: 155 in January) I look flabby especially around my stomach & 'love handle' area.. and have all loose skin.. What exercises can I do for toning my body?? I walk three miles a few times a week right now.

What is a flattering weight at 5'8''?
SW: 155 CW: 132 So I have lost about 25 pounds in 5 months. I do look smaller but I still am flabby. Especially my arms and love handles. What do I do from here?

does it matter what I eat?
I have a calorie deficit of 1500 per day. I never go over and usually have 100-200 left over. I heard that it doesn't matter what you eat, as long as you don't go go over your daily calories you will still lose weight. Am I hurting my progress by eating junk food even though i stay under my calorie goal?

Slow weight loss.
I have been on an "eat clean" low carb diet for about 2 months. The weight is gradually coming off - lost roughly 10 lbs in that time.
