I'm 25, 5'8" , 130 pounds. (SW: 155 in January) I look flabby especially around my stomach & 'love handle' area.. and have all loose skin.. What exercises can I do for toning my body?? I walk three miles a few times a week right now.

No exercises will tone your body. That means you need to lose more fat or build up the underlying muscle to increase muscle definition and fill in some of that skin1

Might want to look into doing a recomp which requires eating at maintenance and a progressive strength training program. But it is a long process.0

Need to build up them muscles girl! Maybe try a DVD workout program with weights or resistance bands. I love Jillian Michaels' programs, Body Revolution has helped me tone up quite a bit. Good luck!0

At 5'8 and 130lbs she does not need to lose weight IMO (that's v. Low BMI, I'm the other end of the healthy range ...we are the same height I weigh 30lbs more)
what's your body aesthetic ?
You need a progressive resistance programme

Why? Over time you'll realise it's about body composition not scale weight see http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/comment/37249228#Comment_37249228

If you can't bring yourself to do free weights yet then do a decent bodyweight programme

What she said^^^^^.
I highly recommend the Nerdfitness link as a starting point.
It is challenging enough to start with, if you have never done resistance work, simple, effective, and will give you a good base for moving into a lifting programme.
