Good afternoon :)

Just looking for some motivation... I had so much self dicipline these past couple months.. Went on vacation and was eating whatever it wanted for about 2 weeks. Is all progress lost? I don't want to get back into my old ways. My starting weight was 155 currently am 140 & trying to lose another 10 pounds. What are some of your favorite foods to eat when losing weight? Any feedback much appreciated. Xo

    No, all your progress isn't lost. It's just 2 weeks.

    No special food is needed when losing weight. Eat the foods you do now, things you like, but just have smaller portions.

    Something that helps keep me on track is to meal prep my breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday. That way I track what I'm eating daily and after my week I don't feel bad having a cheat meal! My goal has been pretty simply eat clean foods in healthy amounts but not to starve myself!
