Slow weight loss.

I have been on an "eat clean" low carb diet for about 2 months. The weight is gradually coming off - lost roughly 10 lbs in that time. Will adding a half hour of cardio per day help reach my goal quicker? I am a female 5'8" 143 lbs. Want to look good for Florida in a few weeks & just looking for some helpful tips. Thanks!

Ten pounds in two months at your height/weight is AWESOME! Congrats!
I will let others comment on the question you actually asked.
I maintain a slight deficit so that I can eat more and fuel my workouts. I'm focusing on getting stronger. Having said that, I'm your height and 152 right now and hope to be where you are for the summer. I aim for about 1/2 to 3/4 pound loss per week.0 -
Yes it will, but you shouldn't unless you plan on eating more. Your weight loss isn't slow it is going at a great rate, faster than I personally like.
The faster you lose the more likely you are to binge, have lose skin.
Personally i'd buy a killer bikini and just eat less than your goal calories by 50 or so.0
