Logging dry or cooked food
Hi, for my calculations for oatmeal. Do I say 1 cup of dry or 2 cups cooked? How does the system know the difference in which? Also, same thing for rice please. Thanks.

Boosting Metabolism
Hello mfp friends, hopefully you can share some advice. My hubby and I are both trying our best to lose weight. My husband can take off weight pretty easy. I on the other hand am taking weight off so incredibly slow. I'm 5'8 and currently 260lbs. I'm 52 and have not gone through menopause (I'm sure hormones probably play a…

I recently tried keto and that just didn't work for me (always had diarrhea). I like eating real food (actual mixed meals not little pile of…

lyme disease - what is best to eat?
I was at my orthopedics for knee pain and he was reading my records (same hospital system so he could see history). He asked if I had ever been tested for lyme disease (I had not) because I have so many symptoms. My insurance doesn't cover lyme testing so I need to see what I'm going to do next. In the meantime, I ordered…
