Weight loss help.
I started going to the gym in Feb. I was on the treadmill daily. By April I could go 3 mph @ a 15 incline for 3 miles. I slipped and fell mid April and my leg hasn't been the same since. I've used a scale for a majority of all the foods I eat unless I had the option to use measuring cups. I've recently started weighing all of my foods. I did a push up!
Actually I did 11 push ups! I started Feb 18th @ 418lbs. This morning I weighed in @ 334. I haven't even tried doing a push up for at least 10 years because I knew it was impossible for me. I figured I'd give it a shot this morning. I'm amazed! I'll have to add this into my regular routine!
