How to eat?

So I'm trying to figure out if eating my food differently would effect my weight loss at all. I currently eat around 2k calories a day(recently increased from 1600). I usually eat a yogurt when I first wake up. I then eat a some fruit an hour and a half later. An hour or so later I eat some type of protien(usually chicken or steak) with a bag of broccoli or something similar in calories. I head to work about an hour after this. I then snack the rest of the day every hour or so until I'm back home and eat a bulk of my calories at dinner. I usually head to the gym 2-3 times a week. Even on nights I don't go to the gym I'm usually up until 2am or so. When I was eating around 1600 calories a day I lost fairly quickly. As of Tuesday the 19th I had lost 37lbs in about 60 days. That's when the nutritionist said that I should switch it up to 2k a day. My dr decided that it would be ok for me to switch it up if I wanted to. Until this point I was eating similar to this except I'd have less snacks between 3 and 7pm. Neither the dr or nutritionist seemed to care how I ate, as long as I kept it with in the allowed amount.

3pm 100
4pm 100
5pm 100
6pm 100
7pm 100
9pm 700-900

I started weighing 418lbs on 2/18/16. Currently I'm at 380ish. I know it's only been 10 days but I'm still about the same as I was 10 days ago. This is new for me. I'm used to dropping 1/2lb a day or so.

You're not going to lose the same amount every day, week, or month. Just stick with your plan.

So eating a bulk of my calories in the evening doesn't matter?

Meal timing does not matter unless you have GERD.
