Are you confused and discouraged?
Are you guys on some specific diet or simply follow kcals? I got slammed with info tonight how I need to shift to LCHF if I want to see any results, quit fruits etc. Is that true? Are you doing it? 1200 kcal + 5:2 = Good idea?
Hey guys, I'm on 1200 kcal plan, and it's going well. I'm not hungry or anything, I eat tons of veggies and protein, all good. However, I want to speed the process and test this 5:2 thing. What are your thoughts here? How many calories are you eating on not fasting days? I appreciate your help. :)
