Yogurt
Hey everyone, I was wondering if it is healthy to eat yogurt while trying to lose fat. My diet contains mostly lean proteins and some vegetables. I would like to eat some low fat low sugar yogurts. However, I have been on a low carb diet, and am wondering if I should stick to it or switch to normal carb intake. Thanks!

Too much protein?
Is too much protein bad? I weigh 212 pounds, and yesterday ate 300 G protein. Is that too much? Can it effect me negatively? I'm working out 5 days a wel and am always in a calorie deficit, so I figure more protein would help retain muscle while eating a reasonable amount of protein.

Could someone recommend me a good accurate scale? Mine is very bad, always changes and is inaccurate. It's a weight watchers scale haha. Thanks!

Ideal Protein Shake?
Hey everyone, so I'm trying to lose a lot of fat. Recently, one of my friends suggested I use an "Ideal Protein Shake" as a sort of meal replacement for breakfast, and use it as a lunch with a salad. Is this good for fat loss? It seems as thouhh the diet he set up for me is very very low calorie, almost too low (1300)
