How many calories should I be eating on my rest days if I am trying to lose fat? Thanks!

Same as normal. Your off days are also fueling your on days. Make sure it's quality food though and you will still lose fat.0

There's really no need to cycle calories unless you have an identified need or a deficiency in performance.
For example you might want more calories running up to a big run or cycle.
For general everyday training or exercise just consume the same.
Fat loss is about overall long term calorie consumption, rather than days in isolation.0
