Literally the EXACT same as me. Suffered from losing then gaining and just not going anywhere due to binge eating. I know my binge eating is fueled by my negative self image. Just have to learn to be happy with who I am and work hard to improve myself. I also have an issue comparing myself to others which is something I…

Thank you all so much, all great info and I appreciate the time you all took to post. It’s definitely been a huge struggle with me. After losing 130 pounds, I was still not happy with my body and eventually fell into binge eating for 2017. I hover around 195-200 pounds so gained a fair amount, but I did gain some muscle as…

Always heard from many successful dieters to follow macros for that reason. I’ve lost 130 LB counting calories, but I’m definitely switching to macros now. I just can’t believe the almost 100 calorie error. Crazy! Thank you for your help!

Yes I am. They have it listed as 600 calories, 96P 32F

I always count calories, but it’s odd because the Ground Turkey I eat is listed as 600 calories, but when I add the macros it equals 672 calories.

Thank you all so much for the kind words, I'm truly blessed!!

Completely changed my lifestyle! My whole life all I did was eat horrible food (McDonald's, Dunkin donuts, any fried food you can name) and just stayed inside and played video games all day. I changed my life and now all I want to do is stay active and get to the gym and grind! I eat incredibly clean and honestly don't…

Thank you all for the support, it truly means a lot

Now when you say controller bulk, would you advise I go about 200 cals above TDEE?
-
What would be your best advice for someone looking to get to 9-10% body fat? Count calories?
-
Okay I get it!! My carbs come from wheat bread and are 100% complex. Only time I get simple carbs is post workout to help replenish glycogen.
-
Definitely going to do this. I used to go low carb and I always found myself binging. But when I go by calories, get enough protein in me and eat healthy, I get better results.
-
I have not! Thank you for sharing, I will check it out

Thank you all! It's just very tough. I'm 19 and have been obese my whole life. I've changed my life and my life long dream is just to get abs. I feel I'm close, and sometimes get hard on myself when I eat something high in carbs/sugar.

Okay thank you! I was just worried that MFP may be giving me too many calories burned on some exercises so I was worried that I could over eat.
-
But does it contain any chemicals that can cause cancer? Because my parents threw all my supplements out (over 160$) that had that label and they won't listen to me. So now I don't know which pre, post, and protein nutrition supplement to take that's approved.

I personally fee that if I continue my proper diet, that doing the shortcut to size will help. It seems to be a great strength builder, and with my nutrition, I should be able to lose fat haha. But his nutrition plans are bananas! The calories are insane!! Way too much haha. Hopefully by watching my calories and working…
-
My only concern is the cardio acceleration. It will feel awkward and uncomfortable doing it haha. I was hoping to follow shortcut to size, but adjust the diet to few calories to lose fat.
-
Yeah I understand that, it's just the name of the lifting program haha.
-
Thank you all for your help! I will definitely find a healthy source for whole wheat bread and continue my deficit. Thanks!

This is my own diet actually haha. I was 315 pounds my senior year in high school, and am down to 206 at the end of my freshman year at college. It's just been a very tough road! Thank you for the advice as well! I miss eating yogurt and feel that if I add it into my diet, the extra carbs and sugar may effect me.

Yeah I'm 6'3 and still have a large stomach. Not sure what I'm doing wrong haha. I eat so clean, might have to see a nutritionist and see what they say. My diet is very consistent and haven't had a cheat day in months. Did you happen to cut carbs or any other foods? Or did you focus on calorie intake?
-
Damn that's crazy man, congratulations! I started at 315 as well, and down to 206. When did you lose your stomach fat? I'm down 105 pounds almost and still have a large amount of stomach fat.
-
Fortunately my current diet is high protein/fiber, low carb, moderate fat haha.
-
The chicken I buy has the weight on it, and it said 1.10 pounds. So I just converted pounds to ounces and that's the outcome.
-
I'm fortunate enough to get them for free so price doesn't effect me haha. Thank you for the suggestion though! I definitely wouldn't pay $3 for them.
-
I use Iso-Dymatize for my post workout shake! It tastes really good and has 25G protein and 1G carb per serving.
-
My main goal is for fat loss, therefore I have cut my carbs to under 25. I do need some more data though I agree.

When a group of 3-4 guys are using an entire area, and talk more than lift. Or guys who don't put their weights away after.
