I know we all have our own milestones we're interested in. My next few are close! 2lbs more and I've lost 3 stones!!! Another 4 lbs after that and I break 100kg. Another 4 lbs after that and I'm the lightest I remember being (probably about 10 years). Long way to go to full target but that's some biggies there!!

Okay guys I've done really well for 125 days. Eating in moderation, keeping everything in proportion. Eating pizza occasionally if I want it but keeping it in calorie allowance.
