I feel great!! I don't always notice a huge physical change though. I am 5'7 goal weight is 130, started at 180. I am nervous The summer will derail me! I have 3 kids all at home and a lot less time for my 6 x per week work outs. So grateful for this community! Thank you everyone xoxo

Looking to add people with around 300 cal meals on open diary
I am new, trying to lose 50 pounds. I try to keep all 3 meals to 300 cal and reserve 300 cals to snacks. I would love to see some other diaries with people who eat a similar way so I can get some new ideas!
