I try to save calories for my glass (or 3!) every night, but sometimes it doesn't work out and I am over my cals budget. I usually drink white wine Chardonnay from Chile but can't find exact calories so have been estimating. I am worried this is stalling weight loss in a huge way... Any input on low cal white wine available in Ontario?

I would go with the highest listing for Chardonnay you can find. The red I'm drinking right this second (second measured glass) is 143 calories a pop.
I have wine one to three times per week but I'm not going over my calories. Every time you go over, you slow yourself down. I wouldn't starve myself for wine, but I have cut down quite a bit so that I'm not retaining water and I have enough food each day.
If you lighten up a bit more, you may find your tolerance goes down. I used to be able to down a bottle with no trouble at all and now after two glasses my feet barely touch the ground.1
