Day 2 also reopened. The event time is 11:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time in Australia (GMT +10). You will need to adjust for your time zone then flag before event time. Keep planking !

Tip of the Day
Remember to breathe whilst planking .... Get into the habit now - will help tremendously down the track with longer planks.

Planking Technique
Its important while were in the early days that we focus on technique... Will be important when we are up to several minutes of planking. Make sure you have a nice straight torso, don't fall into temptation to compensate core muscles by bending at hips. Also good to find a soft surface ... yoga mat or pillows under elbows…

Viewing Past Events
Once 11:30 pm on the day of the event passes, My Fitness Pal automatically drops the event from the upcoming event list. You can still go back and see who completed previous days. Just click "all events", then scroll to the bottom to see "recent events".

Marking Event As Attended
Once you've finished the push-ups for the day, change RSVP status for that day to attending. Due by 11:30 pm each night !

Viewing Past Events
