New Friends
Cleaned out my friend box due to stagnant, complacent Members. I’m 46 and doing at home CrossFit workouts , some walking , jogging , etc. anything to keep active - especially during this pandemic. If anyone wants to add me , I’m down with new ppl to encourage and get encouragement from.

Garmin adjustment
Ok so maybe I'm a dummy but Can someone tell me why I'm in the red on my diary at the end of the day - Garmin figures my steps and adds them into my day and seems to deduct my other exercise. 10lbs to go
Turned 42 last week. Only need to lose 10 lbs but am finding it's becoming harder to do so. Started gaining about 4 years ago , a lb here and there.
