10lbs to go

Turned 42 last week. Only need to lose 10 lbs but am finding it's becoming harder to do so. Started gaining about 4 years ago , a lb here and there. Didn't realize what was happening bc it was a slow process in gaining.
I work out 5 times a week ... Eat pretty good but I still need some accountability and motivation. 4 kids later and I'm tired ;/

Its a long tough road! Keep at it! Don't let the occasional setback ruin the process!1
