enter an exercise from the exercise database into my exercise diary
I am using my computer and I can click on exercise > data base and find what I am looking for and it shows the calories burned for that exercise once I enter in the time doing that exercise. BUT......how do I add that information into my exercise diary? There does not seem to be any add or enter icon to click on to add it…

How do I see the total fiber consumed
When entering foods into my food diary, at the bottom it shows calories/fat/sat fat/carbs/ sodium / protein. How can I see how much fiber was consumed that day as well? I would also like to be able to see how much potassium and phosphorus were consumed that day as well. Thank You

daily total for saturated fats
I have noticed that the daily total is showing 0 for the total saturated fats I have consumed in any particular day. Yet, I know that I have had some saturated fats. Why is that? Thank You

using the recipe box
I have added a few of my own recipes to the my recipe box, but only a few of them will show and I cannot find the rest of them. I deleted one and then one of the others appeared. How do I review any and all of the personal recipes that I add to the recipe box so that I can find them when I need them?
