I recently found out that my cholesterol levels are rising and trying to control it with diet and exercise. I don't need to loose weight but I do need to lower my cholesterol levels before they continue to increase.
I thought that using a program where I can keep track of the foods I eat as well as the nutrients would be a good idea to get a better hold on things. My blood pressure had be up a few years ago and I got that under control by following the Dash Diet (not to the letter - but my bp is great again).
