How do I see the total fiber consumed

When entering foods into my food diary, at the bottom it shows calories/fat/sat fat/carbs/ sodium / protein.
How can I see how much fiber was consumed that day as well? I would also like to be able to see how much potassium and phosphorus were consumed that day as well.
Thank You

You can only track 5 items in the food log. You can choose them under 'settings' in the food tab. I'm back the free version of the site, so I am not sure what you can see if you pay for it but that is likely on the 'my home' page.

If you use the phone/tablet version of MFP, you can see MFP tracks in the Nutrition option. From your diary, click on the little pie chart icon near the top right, then click the Nutrient tab to see all the items you mention. Alternatively, you can click Nutrition on the More menu. Web browser MFP doesn't have an equivalent function.

MFP doesn't track phosphorus. It isn't required on food labels, and the food database is mostly crowd-sourced, i.e., entered by regular users like you and me. Since it isn't on food labels, people wouldn't know what to enter.

I should have mentioned that I use MFP free version on my desktop computer, we don't have a smart phone and our tablet is a fire tablet and the MFP add is not available in the amazon app store.
I don't see have to see the fiber intake on the main diary page, but would like to know if there is some other was to see all the nutritional information for the days food intake - even if it is not on the main page.
As for the phosphorus, I do realize that it is not on the nutritional labels that we find on store bought foods, but the USDA information for phosphorus (if available) is listed for different foods so I was hoping that at least that information would be available. Something that is needed to know for some folks with CKD
    Thank You

    In web MFP:

You can see bar charts for one tracked nutrient at a time in the Reports view.

For fiber, but I think not everything, you can customize your diary columns to add fiber as a column, but you'd need to remove something else. (I removed sugar to add fiber, since sugar is already in carbs, and I personally don't have a problem or need that requires close attention to sugar.)

I think "view full report", which you can select from near the bottom of the diary page, may have fiber as a column even without customizing the diary, since I see both sugar and fiber as columns there, but I'm not sure. You could take a look.
