Just wondering if anyone might know how much calories from fat a person on a 1700 calorie diet should be consuming if they do almost an hour of vigorous cardio on a stationary bike daily? Someone suggested 20% but I'm always above. It's always good fat..ie dark chocolate, avocado, but I'm always over 20%. Is this a bad…

Anybody try the EODD (every other day diet) ?
I've been trying to be more mindful of my calories every other day and it seems to be working! Anybody else doing this kind of practice? I.e one day 2500 calories the next day 1200 kinda thing. What has your experience been like?? Thanks!:)

Anxiety disorder
It's hard for me to jog outside despite loving the fresh air and jogging in general. I'm so preoccupied by how fat everyone must think I am as I jog down the street so I just do it in building's gym. It's definitely not the most liberating approach to working out but c'est la vie.
