Motivational tips during injuries?!What has helped you stay strong during recovery?

Hi everyone!
I have an IT/band hip bursitis running injury and am out from all leg exercises for like 3 weeks including: walking far, bike, squats etc..feeling a bit bummed since I've been advised to stay off legs. Of course this is impeding progress and now feeling blah about exercise. What has helped you through exercise lows? Thanks!!
