Lost 5 pounds.
because of stomach flu the last 3 days even today haven't felt like eating. I'm better just have no appetite. 9 pm battle
Evening there is just something about 9pm I can't break. Tried going to bed, didnt work, good went over and over and over, over over, till I have in, then whew, I could breath. Anyone else have this problem?

About my 9pm
Yep, I try so hard not too. But food goes over and over and over and over and over and over in my mind it's like I can't breathe till I give in.it is frustrating drives me crazy makes me mad. I Wish I Never Had to eat again. To be honest I would rather sleep than eat. I hate the fact that we have to eat to live

So hungry
I have 98 calories left I'm supposed to eat, I have nothing that is under that. And I am so hungry. I don't think I can do this I'm thinking about giving up. If I did have something under 98 I would go over my carb or my fat limit :#

Battleing
I have 100lbs to loose, and having a hard time. It says I'm to eat 1200 calories a day but sometimes I can't reach that amount and I'm not hungry but it will not let me complete till I eat the 1200. This is hard to do. Just adding food I get hungry. I hate walking and exercising. Need help to keep me going
