Which calories earned by walking should I believe?
Can anyone advise? I've recently linked my iPhone with MFP so it tracks steps. It tells me my morning walk has gained me 93 cals. However when looking at logging cardio walking at 3.5 mph I would gain an extra 268 cals. With such a huge difference I'm wondering if I should go for something in the middle or just assume the…

Anyone else work term time only?
If so, how do you manage to stay on track during the holidays? Every time I finish for (example) Easter break, bang goes my resolve! I guess it wouldn't matter, except I have a lot of holidays. Doesn't undo all my work for all term, but would like to get your insight how to not take 2 steps forward 1 step back.

Very few extra calories once I go into maintenance
I have just checked as I am now very close to goal weight, and I will only be getting 250 extra calories once I switch from losing .5 per week to maintenance. Just want to check that is right. Can u sense the disappointment whilst typing?! Was hoping for a few more there to play with....

Help needed working out number of servings
I have just followed a recipe for Granola which doesn't state how many servings it makes. If I add up all the weights involved and then divide by 40 (which is how many grams is in a serving of my previous packaged Granola) then will I get the correct number of servings? How do I determine which activity level is correct?
Is there a list of definitions re activity level within MFP to refer to? I'm not sure whether to catergorise myself as active or lightly active and have noticed that it makes a bit of a difference to calorie allocation! Thanks in advance.

How do you get your recommended iron intake ?
I consistently only get to between 5-15% of my recommended iron intake, so looking for suggestions on higher iron foods to eat which are still low calorie? I'm set at 1350 calories per day and tend to stick to fish or chicken for protein.
