On this program 2 weeks. I measure everything. I mean everything. My macros are set for 50 carbs, 30 protein and 20 fat. I lost 1 lb the first week then gained 2 the second. Lower Carb diet
I would like my daily calories to be lower in carbs. Not sure of the percentages regarding Fat, Protein and Carbs. If I lower the carbs what should protein and fat be? I know it should equal 100%.

Not happy!!
I have the My Fitness Pal app. Love it. I have lost 14 pounds in 7 months. Been dieting my whole life.The problem is when you lose weight your skin starts to sag! I know weights can help this but it's very hard. I excersise walk etc. is there any healthy foods that can tighten your skin??
