Not happy!!

I have the My Fitness Pal app. Love it. I have lost 14 pounds in 7 months. Been dieting my whole life.The problem is when you lose weight your skin starts to sag! I know weights can help this but it's very hard. I excersise walk etc. is there any healthy foods that can tighten your skin??

    No foods will tighten skin.

    A year will tighten skin. If you are still unhappy there is always plastic surgery.

    I could be wrong but I think cross fit helps with that. Just start out slow and light!
