Not exactly weight loss related, but I've been vegan for a year and I want to start eating dairy sometimes. Does anyone have any tips for doing it? I'm worried about skin problems and bloating.
Daily? Weekly? I'm still trying to figure out how often I should be.
MFP automatically set my protien goal at 76 and that seems nearly impossible for me to reach everyday. I've heard numbers between 45-80 grams. That's a huge range. How much should I really be eating a day?

I keep getting told that pasta and anything made out of wheat will ruin my diet. I'm vegan so if i cut those out I'll only be eating fruits and vegetables. HELP PLEASE.
Right now I'm at my heaviest weight and I wear size 12 jeans, AND I'm planning on losing weight. Should I buy some clothes that are smaller (ex. Size 8 jeans) along with a few things that fit me now as well?
