Confused - silly question
I am aiming for 1200 calories a day and have been running on top of that, typically burning 400-600 calories. I realise estimates can’t be reliable so I tend to think I’ve burned less, like 3-400. I’m sometimes eating 1400 calories but that puts me below the minimum 1200 on exercise days. Should I eat more? It’s difficult…

Conflicting calorie advice
MFP gives me 1340 cals a day but a nutritionist said 1500. Totally confused and not losing.

Advice
Hi I'd be grateful for any thoughts. In the past two/three weeks I've started to gain weight. I've been quite stressed which hasn't helped me control what I'm eating but I'm not sure I've overveaten to put on 4-5lbs. It's made me feel down which makes me want to eat(!). I've been quite constipated too which also hasn't…

Constantly hungry
Any ideas on particularly filling foods? I'm endlessly snacking. In the morning I tend to have cereal but that doesn't seem to sustain me for long.

Hitting protein and fiber goals
Hi all, I'd be grateful for some advice. I don't eat much protein, certainly not at the levels I should do. Unfortunately most foods that are high in protein that I like (meat, cheese, eggs) are low in fiber and I'm also trying to make sure I hit that goal. I'm also conscious of trying to do all of this within 1300…

How to give weight loss a kick start
Hi, I was previously doing quite well with the slow and steady weight loss but it's stalled and , worse, gone up by a pound or two despite still watching what I eat. This may be related to the monthly cycle. Any tips on how to give the weight loss a bit of a kick?

Activity setting on MFP
I currently have my setting as sedentary because I do an office job - I average 8,000 steps per day according to Fitbit but it really does very. I work out quite a bit but I'm not letting that influence my activity setting. A that right?

Calories in dry/cooked pasta
I tend to eat wholewheat pasta and the recommended portion is 75g uncooked. On MFP the cals are 270-300 ish. Is that right? Or should I weigh the cooked weight for pasta to get a more accurate reading? Often the cooked/uncooked calorie information is confusing!

Not losing weight
Hi, I've restricted my calories (net 1300), I weigh around 79kg. I work out on a bike 5 times a week, burning around 400 cals per session and double that on a longer ride. The scales don't seem to be budging. In fact the opposite! At one point two weeks ago I got down to 78kg but it's crept back up and I'm not sure…
