Fallen off the wagon

In the last week I've fallen off the wagon due to a number of social events and greed. 2kgs heavier and depressed. Any tips on how to get motivated again?

I struggle with depression. Exercise changes my state, especially when I'm outdoors. I often have to force myself, and am always glad I did. It's like hitting a reset button for my mood.1

Instead of looking at this as a wagon that you can fall off of - think of this as long term. For life; even better.
So when looking at a weight loss goal of say 6 months- sure- a set back of 1-2 weeks seems like a big missed chunk of time.
Now look at it at what it REALLY is.... weightloss goal (which will have ups and downs) then maintenance...for life.
So with the beginning middle and end in mind your time frame expands considerably and 1 week is NOTHING.
Dust off your hands, never think of this as a short wagon ride again and plan your next week of meals and work outs. Keep going.
