Struggling here
I've had about 10 lbs to go for the past 2 months or so and I got to wear I still had 6lbs to go but after holiday now I'm back to 11 lbs to go...HELP. I've been drinking more water and still counting calories. Very irritating. I'm taking couple days off doing sit ups due to belly large/bloated.

43lbs still to go..will i ever lose?
I have been stuck at 43lbs for a month now and I'm so frustrated. I count my calories, see a nutritionist, watch what I eat, and I do light exercise. I have lymphedema in both legs so its hard to stand long or to move legs around when exercising. I do chair exercises while sitting and it has helped. But I'm just…

40 lbs to go..HELP!
My goal is 100lbs and ive lost 60 since april. I need help and motivation to get that 40 lbs. It seems harder to do than the 60. I log in food everyday, see a dietitian, exercise 3 days a week, and use my scale.

Lost 46.6lbs since April now stuck

Love dieting
Does anyone else feel that dieting and or exercise is an addiction? Any thoughts. Lol I really watch what I eat and I exercise every day, and when I lose its like a rush to do more!!

Being very obese!!

Exercise daily??
I started out only exercising 2 to 3 times a week. Now I do it everyday. At the beginning I lost 30lbs in a month, and now I've lost a total of 47.6lbs since April this year. I get frustrated that now it's only 1lb to maybe up to 3 a week. Is there anything I could do differently to lose more?
