Anyone here do their gym's classes? Like Pilates, spin, zumba, etc? I just joined the gym and would prefer to do the classes for various reasons and I plan on going 6 days a week. How accurate do you think Chili's calories are? I'm going out to eat at chili's and I've looked at their menu to decide what I want beforehand. I've decided on the fresh mex shrimp bowl and I think it was 850 calories according to the chili's website. How accurate do y'all think that is?

I want to start doing workouts like squats, crunches, etc for right now and then soon move on to workout out on machines and free weights at a gym. I just want to be lean and toned, not all muscular.
