Can anyone suggest some high protein lunches? It seems a lot of protein is the only thing keeping me from starving and eating a ton of food. Nothing weird, no whole wheat breads, hopefully around 400 calories? Thanks!!!!

Pork Tenderloin Diablo. Google search it. It's a great recipe.
Hard boiled eggs. 4 Large eggs are approx 280 calories.
Rotisserie chicken. Avg between the white and dark meat is about 200 calories per 85g (3oz).0 -
Go ahead and eat a ton of food. Just make sure it is low calorie. A large salad with chicken breast on top can be very satisfying. 2 cups iceburg lettuce, 1/3 cucumber, onion if you like, 1 roma tomato, 1 fugi apple diced, your 3 oz chicken breast, and a little bit of dressing. Ton of food for little calories.
