Been on My Fitness Pal a month
Looking for new friends. Have lost 15 lbs since I started 28 days ago. I weigh and measure every thing that goes into my mouth. I take the time and record everything I eat or drink at the time of consumption. I walk every morning for 1-1:30 hours. About 5-6 miles depending on how I feel. I never give up. I am determined to…

Started a week ago
Been doing Fitness Pal a week and have lost 13 lbs because I now weigh and measure everything. It really makes a difference. We don't really know how many calories we really consume. Great day

New and want a budd
I'm from CT. I need to loose 75 or there abouts. Have a degree in the field but at the age of 54 it's tough to get started and keep it off due to some medication I've been taking for 25 years. I'm willing to help motivate. Karen H.

Beginning workout, again
I'm starting over again myself. I'm 54 and need to loose 75lbs. Just need encouragement as well. Just joined a gym myself to force me to help with the motivation. Also saw a Dietician at the local hospital to get on track. Good luck to all in our lifestyle changes.
