Too little?
I have heard various things about "starvation mode" if you get too few calories, and I've heard arguments both for and against it being real, my own personal experience says it's real. I lose more weight per day if I shoot for 1500 calories than on days when I don't eat much and only end up with 800 calories. That being…

More stupid questions
So I plan to bake some pork chops tonight for dinner. There's a marinade that the chops will bake in, but how do I track it? Obviously not all the marinade will be eaten but it will absorb some of it. What do I do?

Very stupid question
Okay I feel dumb, but I need to know so I can track things more accurately. When it comes to products that you add too (for example ceral, you add milk, canned soup you can add water or milk etc) are the nutritional facts just for the product plain? Or do they assume what I'm putting it? Does that make sense?

Small Success
A few weeks ago I bought a new pair of jeans, an inch smaller than my normal size and "skinny" cut. Today they are loose on my waist and hips!!! Woo Hoo!!

Diets While Sick
I'm 45 days into a LC/K Diet and it's been very effective, but I've managed to get sick. This isn't the keto flu, it's a sinus cold. So do I stick to the diet while I'm sick? And do I need to track the mountains of cold meds?

Next Step?
My main question is when to add in exercise, and what type to add, but I felt I needed to explain the situation first. I'm guy, 35 years old and 6 foot tall. I started my weight loss journey at 193ish pounds. There was decimal but I don't remember what it was and I was embarrassed by how out of shape I'd gotten so I…

Where does the loss occur?
I've been on Keto for about 3 weeks now. I'm under 1500 calories per day, under 50 carbs and drinking lots of water. So far I've lost 11 and 1/2 pounds, which I'm proud of. My question is what part of my body lost them? I don't see any physical change in my waist size, belly size or anything. So what parts of the body lose…

Dining out
I have been on Keto for 13 days now, and I'm going well. Today I plan to treat myself to a burger from Sonic. It will be plain, and without a bun. How do I log that?

First week of Keto
I know it's only day 2, and there's a long way to go, but I'm on the Keto and I'm looking for a puppy (I figure walking a puppy would be some extra exercise). My first goal will be 180lbs. That's a 13 pound loss. I'll post regularly and see how it goes.

Home cooking
Hey I found a REALLY awesome very low carb (like less than 5) pizza, but it's a recipe not a prepackaged item. How do I put something like that in my food diary?
