I have been on Keto for 13 days now, and I'm going well. Today I plan to treat myself to a burger from Sonic. It will be plain, and without a bun. How do I log that?

Here is how I do it:
I look for an entry of a hamburger bun from any store. Then, I put a -1 instead of just 1. This substracts it. Yes, you can input a negative when you input data. Try it.
ex: Flowers Foods Hamburger Buns, -1 bun -150 cals
then enter your meal ex Sonic - Hamburger W/ Mustard, 1 Hamburger (258 g) 548 cals
You are really going to pass up sonic french fries?0
